When you make a purchase on our website you enter into a contract with Universal Imports which entitles you to cancel your order within seven days of the initiating transaction or within seven days of receipt of your goods, whichever is the longer.
If you have made, and paid for, an order using our online store and wish to cancel this order within seven days of the purchase, please contact Universal Imports, quoting your Order ID.
If you have already received the goods you ordered and still wish to cancel the order, the goods must be returned to Universal Imports in the same condition and within seven days of being received and the customer, must bear the cost of the return shipping of the order.
Orders being returned must be shipped with their Order ID and Customer contact details to: Lower Laithe Cottage, Providence Lane, Oakworth, Keighley, BD22 7QS.
